Comparing the outcomes of Egoscue therapy & traditional medical care.

EGOSCUE EFFECTIVENESS VALIDATED BY RESEARCHERS AT TOP UNIVERSITIES

From 2017-2021, Egoscue participated in a multi-year study conducted by researchers at Harvard and Stanford comparing the outcomes of Egoscue therapy and traditional medical care. The study was published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) in December 2022.

Personalized daily exercise program to improve posture control, muscle balance, spine and joint alignment, and coordination.

TRADITIONAL

Traditional medical care including physical therapy and non-prescription medication.

Egoscue participants had 47% greater pain reduction at 3 months and 77% greater pain reduction at 12 months when compared to traditional medical care. In addition, Egoscue participants had:
3x greater improvement in self efficacy compared to traditional medical care
2.5x greater improvement in quality of life compared to traditional medical care
The study also tracked health care utilization over 12 months. Egoscue participants required less of all of the following health care resources compared to those who were treated with traditional medical care.
